Eat those greens =)


This is an AWESOME video on the Superfood Kale!! Check it out!

Kalicious Greens

2 Large Bunches of Kale (washed and chopped)
1 Cup Veggie Broth
 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
2 TBS Olive Oil
2 TBS Vegan Butter

Heat large skillet to medium/low heat. Add olive oil and butter. Brown garlic in butter and oil mixture. Add kale and veggie broth. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Enjoy ♥
