Food Bank or Food Bank is a non-profit, charitable organization that distributes donated food, especially a variety of agencies, which in turn feed the hungry. Primary food sources are non-profit organizations, farmers, manufacturers, distributors and resellers, who in the ordinary course of business is too much food that they can not sell. After sorting and stocking food banks distribute food to agencies 100 - 1000 non-profit community or government, including but not limited to cafeterias, canteens, homeless shelters, orphanages and schools. Another definition of food bank is an office or group of center, which collects and distributes food to the needy, or the place where food is interested and available to those who need it, "they set up a bank of food for the flood victims". (ask.com)
