It's here! It's Here!

As my kids would say-Awesomeness, my new Yoga DVD is here! I can't wait to try it out :-) I've heard ALOT of great things about this DVD. I've done a little previewing and so far I'm impressed! Seane Corn is wonderful in this! She really helps you understand how the positions should work and feel.
